Q: How do I find you?

A: The Quartermaster's Depot is located just south of downtown Omaha on 20th & Woolworth. GPS will drop you at our main gate. Take an immediate right at the dog groomers and follow that road up the hill and to the left, Living Within Your Soul is at the bottom of the hill in Building 2.  *PLEASE NOTE: I am currently waiting on new signage. I am in the small building next to the locked gate. There are red chairs on the porch. Please feel free to park directly in front of the building! :)

Q: How should I prepare for my energy or bodywork session?

A: Please make sure you are well hydrated and arrive to your session no more than 5-10 minutes prior to your session time. If the "in session" sign is on the door, please remain in your car until it is removed and the curtain is open, even if you see someone come out. I utilize my time between clients to reset my session space, ground myself, eat, etc.. If the curtain is open and there is no sign, you are welcome to come in!

Q: What if I am running late?

A Please call or text! We will get as much of your session in as possible. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, we will likely need to reschedule.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: I require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me time to fill that spot and maintain my income. Failure to offer 24-hour notice, a no call/no show may result in an invoice for your session time and/or prepayment of your next appointment. I understand that emergencies happen, and I reserve the right to utilize this policy at my discretion.

Q: How do I pay?

A: I accept cash and credit card. Please note that my credit card fees are worked into the price of services, and I will never ask you to pay an additional fee. I do not accept personal checks.

Q: Am I supposed to tip you?

A: As a self-employed practitioner, I pay myself appropriately and tips are NEVER expected. If you choose to, there is an option on the POS system to do so and cash is always an option.
