Wee Chill is a one of a kind program designed to help kiddos of all ages navigate the big world through mindfulness, meditation, art and massage. (Yoga coming soon!)

By giving kiddos the tools to regulate their emotions, stress and stimuli, we give them the gift of improved over all well-being while decreasing things like anxiety, depression and disruptive behaviors. 

Chrys Whitmarsh, LMT is also a meditation, wellness and spiritual coach and Reiki master with a background working in a summer camp setting teaching arts and crafts, meditation and journaling to kiddos impacted by HIV and AIDS. Watching kids learn how to regulate their own big feels is one of the most beautiful experiences and every should have those tools.

Sessions are specifically designed for each child/age group and done one on one at Living Within Your Soul, virtually, in a group setting or in home. For example, a one-hour session may include intention setting and grounding, a short, guided meditation, a small mindfulness art project, mindfulness exercises, a journaling exercise and a closing stretch and meditation. 

A twenty-minute virtual session may include a short, guided meditation, a grounding exercise and a mindfulness exercise. *PLEASE NOTE Virtual Sessions will be available later in 2024!

Small group sessions may include a grounding exercise, short guided meditation, mindfulness exercise and art activity and a closing stretch with meditation.  *Small group sessions can be booked for up to 5 kiddos currently. Group sessions are done off site at your location of choice and require a two hour minimum with a nonrefundable retainer and signed contract.
